COURAGE!

Dear Divine Will Family,
I pray your weekend was well spent in the Divine Will! I wanted to do this Snippet on Courage, but I ran across another writing about giving ourselves totally and completely to Jesus in the Divine Will in everything we do. In our work, our relaxations, our pleasures, even in our intimate and legitimate pleasures! In everything, we must always call the Divine Will to be with us and in us, animating our actions, thinking in our thinking, and speaking in our speaking. Why it so important to always call the Divine Will into everything? Because that is the way we give the glory to God that He is due from us and from everyone, that is the way we help to bring the Kingdom to all souls, that is the way we get into the habit of calling It into all that we do, think and say, and it is the way we begin and live our Life truly in the Divine Will. We must become constant in calling the Divine Will so that it becomes our LIFE, not just another devotion or prayer, which It is so far from these things as the earth is to Heaven!

There are those who believe they live in the Divine Will just by reading it or loving it. But it is so much more than that. While reading and knowledge is extremely important, it is not the end all of Life in the Divine Will! Life in the Divine Will is an active life, of calling, doing the rounds, doing reparation, keeping your mind constantly on God and His Will for you in that minute and in the next! As you train yourself, it becomes more relaxed and natural, but it is still a very active life. It takes effort and constancy and attentiveness.

So, I have a writing on giving ourselves to Jesus in everything, then I put in a few snippets on courage because of how much we will need it in the times to come. But Jesus does love to spoil us and in these writings on courage, it seems we won’t need it IF we are really living in the Divine Will in a constant and attentive way.

We love you all so much and keep each of you in our daily prayers. Please keep us in yours. May God grant you the deep commitment of doing all that is necessary to LIVE constantly in the Most Holy and Divine Will!!

Everything depends on giving oneself to Jesus, and on doing His Will in everything.

As I found myself in my usual state, my ever adorable Jesus let me see Him, all sorrowful, and He said to me: “My daughter, they do not want to understand that everything depends on giving oneself entirely to Me, and doing My Will in everything. Once I have obtained this, I Myself keep pushing the souls, telling them—each and every one—’My daughter, enjoy this pleasure, this comfort, this relief, this refreshment….’ But herein lies the difference: If they had taken those licit pleasures before they gave themselves to Me in everything and began doing My Will always and in everything, then those pleasures would have been merely human things; but afterwards, they became divine actions. And since they are My things I no longer feel jealous, and I say to Myself: ‘If she takes a legitimate pleasure, she takes it because I want it; if she takes care of business with other people, if she legitimately converses, it is because I want it. If I didn’t want it, she would be ready to stop; so, I make everything subject to her, because My Will is the cause of all she does, and not her own will.’”

“Tell me, My daughter, what have you lacked since you gave yourself completely to Me? I have given you My delights, My pleasures and all of Myself to make you happy. This I did in the supernatural order; but neither did I let you lack anything in the order of faith: I have given you confessors, Communions, and all the rest. More than that, since you wanted Me alone, you yourself did not want the confessors so often. But I didn’t listen to you. I wanted everything in abundance for one who wanted to deprive herself of everything for Me.

“Daughter, what pain I feel in My Heart when I see that souls do not want to understand this—even those who are said to be the best of souls!”

The Divine Will is the sanctity of sanctities, and the soul who does It on earth as in Heaven is a queen among souls, who gives life to all the good done on earth and in Heaven. Such souls are the true Consecrated Hosts of the Divine Will.

As I continued in my usual state, I felt a great desire to do the Most Holy Will of Blessed Jesus; and He came and told me: “My daughter, My Will is the Sanctity of Sanctities. The soul who does My Will according to the perfection that I am teaching you—that is, on earth as It is in Heaven—however small, ignorant and unknown she may be, leaves even other Saints behind in spite of their prodigies, their stunning conversions and their miracles. Truly, in comparison, the souls who do My Will as It is done in My third “FIAT” are queens among souls, and it is as if all other souls were at their service.
“It seems as if the souls who live in My Will do nothing, but they actually do everything, because being in My Will these souls act divinely, in a hidden and surprising way. They are the light which illuminates, the wind which purifies, the fire which burns, the miracles which cause miracles. Those who perform miracles are channels; but the power to perform miracles resides in these souls. That is why they are the feet of the missionary, the tongue of the preacher, the strength of the weak, the patience of the sick, the rule of those who govern, the obedience of their subjects, the longsuffering of the slandered, the firmness of those who brave dangers, the heroism of the heroes, the courage of the martyrs, the sanctity of the saints, and so on with all the rest. Being in My Will, they take part in all the good that can ever be both in Heaven and on earth. This is why I can say with certitude that they are My true Hosts—but living Hosts, not dead ones. The accidents that form the Host are not full of life, neither do they influence My Life; but the soul who lives in My Divine Will is full of life and as she does My Will she influences and participates in all that I do. That is why these consecrated Hosts of My Will are dearer to Me even than the sacramental Hosts, and My whole purpose for dwelling in the sacramental Hosts is to form the sacramental Hosts of My Will.

“My daughter, I take such delight in My Will that, when I simply hear souls talk about It, I feel overjoyed and I invite the whole heavenly court to celebrate. Imagine what will become of those souls who will do It! In them I find all My joys, and so I give all My joys to them. Their life is the life of the blessed. They ponder, desire and yearn for two things only: My Will and My Love. They need to do very little else, when in fact they do everything. The virtues themselves remain absorbed in My Will and in My Love. That is why they have nothing to do with them, since My Will contains, possesses and absorbs all things—but in a divine manner, immense and eternal. This is the life of the blessed.”

The Divine Justice imposes chastisements, but the souls who live in the Divine Will need fear neither chastisements nor their enemies.

Now, as I was in this state, my sweet Jesus tried to calm my fears and told me: “My daughter, have courage. It is true that the tragedy will be great—but you must know that I will take care of the souls who live by my Will, and of the places where these souls live. Just as the kings of the earth have their own courts and quarters where they keep safe in the midst of dangers and their worst enemies—since they are strong enough in those places so that while their enemies may destroy other places, they dare not attack them there for fear of being defeated—in the same way, I, too, the King of Heaven, have My quarters and My courts on earth. These are the souls who live in My Will, in whom I dwell; and the courts of Heaven crowd round them. The strength of My Will keeps them safe, rendering bullets harmless, and repulsing their fiercest enemies.

“My daughter, why do the saints themselves remain secure and completely happy even when they see creatures suffering and the earth in flames? It is precisely because they live completely in My Will. You must know that I put the souls who live completely by My Will on earth in the same state as the Blessed. Therefore, live in My Will and fear nothing. Moreover, in these times of human butchery, not only do I want you to live in My Will, but to live also in the midst of your brothers—between them and Me. You will hold Me close to you and shelter Me from the offenses that others send Me. As I give you the gift of My Humanity and of all that I suffered, while you keep Me sheltered, you will give your brothers My Blood, My wounds, My thorns, and all My merits for their salvation.
