Dear Divine Will Family,
I am sending this very important message that Bill Fanelli sent out and many of you may have received, but for those who have not, it is important enough, in my humble opinion, to send it out for you. It contains a similar message that I sent out about focusing only on Divine Will instead of the happenings in the world, even in our own country. But, Bill is brilliant in the way he explains it and the example from the writing that he gives. I love his prayers as well.
Bill is a very unassuming man who hid his writing skills from us here at the Center. I knew he was extremely smart and knowledgeable about Luisa, but I didn’t know he could explain it the way he does and write as brilliantly as he did. I know you will enjoy this article from Bill as much as I did. Thank you, Bill, for answering the Holy Spirit’s call to write this article to call our attention to what God wants of us during this very tumultuous time! God bless you, dear friend! Dear members of Mary’s Army, we have a mission – Operation Dorian.
Several months ago, I sent an email with the subject “The Real Message of Hurricane Dorian” to some, asking their intercession against the evil that the hurricane represented (a copy is attached at the end of this email.) Hurricane Dorian was a massive Cat 5 hurricane that threatened direct impact on Florida’s east coast or the Atlantic coast of GA, SC or NC in early September 2019; instead it caused catastrophic damage to the Abaco Islands, and Grand Bahama Island, where it played itself out – the US mainland was spared.
Operation Dorian is a banner to be used for special missions assigned by Mary and/or the Holy Spirit during these tumultuous and pivotal times.
The purpose of this email is to try to view the current unbelievable (to reasoning creatures) world events from a Divine perspective.

Mr. President,
In recent months we have been witnessing the formation of two opposing sides that I would call Biblical: the children of light and the children of darkness. The children of light constitute the most conspicuous part of humanity, while the children of darkness represent an absolute minority. And yet the former are the object of a sort of discrimination which places them in a situation of moral inferiority with respect to their adversaries, who often hold strategic positions in government, in politics, in the economy and in the media. In an apparently inexplicable way, the good are held hostage by the wicked and by those who help them either out of self-interest or fearfulness.
These two sides, which have a Biblical nature, follow the clear separation between the offspring of the Woman and the offspring of the Serpent. On the one hand there are those who, although they have a thousand defects and weaknesses, are motivated by the desire to do good, to be honest, to raise a family, to engage in work, to give prosperity to their homeland, to help the needy, and, in obedience to the Law of God, to merit the Kingdom of Heaven. On the other hand, there are those who serve themselves, who do not hold any moral principles, who want to demolish the family and the nation, exploit workers to make themselves unduly wealthy, foment internal divisions and wars, and accumulate power and money: for them the fallacious illusion of temporal well-being will one day – if they do not repent – yield to the terrible fate that awaits them, far from God, in eternal damnation.
In society, Mr. President, these two opposing realities co-exist as eternal enemies, just as God and Satan are eternal enemies. And it appears that the children of darkness – whom we may easily identify with the deep state which you wisely oppose and which is fiercely waging war against you in these days – have decided to show their cards, so to speak, by now revealing their plans. They seem to be so certain of already having everything under control that they have laid aside that circumspection that until now had at least partially concealed their true intentions. The investigations already under way will reveal the true responsibility of those who managed the Covid emergency not only in the area of health care but also in politics, the economy, and the media. We will probably find that in this colossal operation of social engineering there are people who have decided the fate of humanity, arrogating to themselves the right to act against the will of citizens and their representatives in the governments of nations.
We will also discover that the riots in these days were provoked by those who, seeing that the virus is inevitably fading and that the social alarm of the pandemic is waning, necessarily have had to provoke civil disturbances, because they would be followed by repression which, although legitimate, could be condemned as an unjustified aggression against the population. The same thing is also happening in Europe, in perfect synchrony. It is quite clear that the use of street protests is instrumental to the purposes of those who would like to see someone elected in the upcoming presidential elections who embodies the goals of the deep state and who expresses those goals faithfully and with conviction. It will not be surprising if, in a few months, we learn once again that hidden behind these acts of vandalism and violence there are those who hope to profit from the dissolution of the social order so as to build a world without freedom: Solve et Coagula, as the Masonic adage teaches.
Although it may seem disconcerting, the opposing alignments I have described are also found in religious circles. There are faithful Shepherds who care for the flock of Christ, but there are also mercenary infidels who seek to scatter the flock and hand the sheep over to be devoured by ravenous wolves. It is not surprising that these mercenaries are allies of the children of darkness and hate the children of light: just as there is a deep state, there is also a deep church that betrays its duties and forswears its proper commitments before God. Thus the Invisible Enemy, whom good rulers fight against in public affairs, is also fought against by good shepherds in the ecclesiastical sphere. It is a spiritual battle, which I spoke about in my recent Appeal which was published on May 8.
For the first time, the United States has in you a President who courageously defends the right to life, who is not ashamed to denounce the persecution of Christians throughout the world, who speaks of Jesus Christ and the right of citizens to freedom of worship. Your participation in the March for Life, and more recently your proclamation of the month of April as National Child Abuse Prevention Month, are actions that confirm which side you wish to fight on. And I dare to believe that both of us are on the same side in this battle, albeit with different weapons.
For this reason, I believe that the attack to which you were subjected after your visit to the National Shrine of Saint John Paul II is part of the orchestrated media narrative which seeks not to fight racism and bring social order, but to aggravate dispositions; not to bring justice, but to legitimize violence and crime; not to serve the truth, but to favor one political faction. And it is disconcerting that there are Bishops – such as those whom I recently denounced – who, by their words, prove that they are aligned on the opposing side. They are subservient to the deep state, to globalism, to aligned thought, to the New World Order which they invoke ever more frequently in the name of a universal brotherhood which has nothing Christian about it, but which evokes the Masonic ideals of those want to dominate the world by driving God out of the courts, out of schools, out of families, and perhaps even out of churches.
The American people are mature and have now understood how much the mainstream media does not want to spread the truth but seeks to silence and distort it, spreading the lie that is useful for the purposes of their masters. However, it is important that the good – who are the majority – wake up from their sluggishness and do not accept being deceived by a minority of dishonest people with unavowable purposes. It is necessary that the good, the children of light, come together and make their voices heard. What more effective way is there to do this, Mr. President, than by prayer, asking the Lord to protect you, the United States, and all of humanity from this enormous attack of the Enemy? Before the power of prayer, the deceptions of the children of darkness will collapse, their plots will be revealed, their betrayal will be shown, their frightening power will end in nothing, brought to light and exposed for what it is: an infernal deception.
Mr. President, my prayer is constantly turned to the beloved American nation, where I had the privilege and honor of being sent by Pope Benedict XVI as Apostolic Nuncio. In this dramatic and decisive hour for all of humanity, I am praying for you and also for all those who are at your side in the government of the United States. I trust that the American people are united with me and you in prayer to Almighty God.
United against the Invisible Enemy of all humanity, I bless you and the First Lady, the beloved American nation, and all men and women of good will.

The following excerpt from Volume 12 gives God’s perspective of the tumultuous state of affairs during these times, and He also discloses His Plan to bring our world back to order.
Vol 12 Excerpt
April 26, 1921. Note: This is the last entry in Vol 12
Jesus’ War of Love.
Continuing in my usual, painful state, hardly had my sweet Jesus come, when, drawing me tightly to Himself, He said to me:
“My daughter, I repeat it to you-do not look at the earth! We let the creatures be. They want to make war-they are even doing it-but when they will tire themselves, I too will wage my war. Their weariness of evil, their disillusions, disenchantment, and losses suffered, will dispose them to receive my war. My war will be a war of Love; my Will will descend from Heaven into their midst. All your acts, and those of other souls done in my Will, will wage war on creatures-but not a war of blood. They will battle with the arms of Love, giving gifts, graces, and peace to them. They will give surprising things as to stupefy ungrateful man.
“This Will of Mine, Militia of Heaven, with Divine arms will confound man, will overwhelm him, and will give him the light to see not evil but the gifts and wealth with which I want to enrich him. The acts done in my Will, carrying in themselves the Creative Power, will be the new salvation of man, and, descending from Heaven, will bring all goods upon the earth. They will bring the New Era and the triumph over human iniquity. Therefore, multiply your acts in my Will so as to form the arms, the gifts, and the graces for descending into the midst of creatures and battling them with Love.”
Then, with a more afflicted accent, He added: “My daughter, it will happen to Me as to a poor father whose evil children not only offend him but want to kill him. Furthermore, if they do not do it, it is because they cannot. Now if these children want to kill their own father, is it any wonder that they go about killing themselves? If one is against the other? If they make themselves miserable and go so far as to form their own ruin; and, what is worse, they do not even remember that they have their father?
“Now this father, what does he do? Exiled by his own children, while they struggle and wound each other, and are about to perish from hunger, the father is toiling to acquire new riches, gifts, and remedies for his children. Moreover, when he sees them almost lost, he goes into their midst to make them richer. He gives them remedies for their wounds and brings peace and happiness to all. Now these children, before so much love, will bind themselves to the father with lasting peace; and they will love him. So it will happen for Me.
“Therefore, I want you in my Will as the faithful daughter of my Volition. Then, together with Me, I want you to work so as to acquire new riches to give to creatures. Be faithful to Me, and do not occupy yourself with anything else.” End of Excerpt

These times are indeed turbulent – they remind me of a parable Fr. Michael Adams used to tell; he would ask, “What do the fish do when a storm churns up the surface waters of the sea?” His answer: “They go to deeper waters – they go as deep as necessary to reach peaceful waters.” This is what our Lord is telling us. “Don’t worry about the conflicts and battles mankind is waging against one another – don’t have any earthly concerns – stay focused – delve deeper into the Divine Will – concern yourselves only with the Divine Will, and together we can acquire new riches to give to creatures, and they will bring the New Era and the triumph over human iniquity.” That’s what we all want, and Our Lord tells us how to achieve it. He wants us to remove distractions (yes, even Holy things) and focus on learning more and being generous with our love as God is with His. Here we understand love to mean we want what’s best for the other – what’s Good for the other, and in the case of God, we love Him by keeping His decrees – by doing what He wants – His Will.
He wants those who are disposed, who do not know the Divine Will, to learn about it. He wants it dispersed, and the Holy Spirit will send those He has selected into the whole world to spread the good news of the Kingdom of God.
Most importantly, we need to befriend, move closer to, trust our sanctity to – the Holy Spirit – the Sanctifier. He is the giver of (God’s) gifts (All Gifts) – the giver of graces. Don’t worry about offending the a Father or Jesus by your devotion to the Holy Spirit. He is the Spirit of the Father; He is the Spirit of Jesus; “He proceeds from the Father and the Son;” They “spirate” Him; They “Breathe” Him; He is the “Breath” of God; don’t even get me started on the Holy Spirit!
“Unless God build the house, those that build it build in vain.” Meaning, unless God initiates an action He does not “bless” that action. Thus, all of our Acts need to start with Him – with the Holy Spirit. Yes, that includes acts and actions in the Divine Will. The long and short of it is we can trust the Holy Spirit to teach us and to lead us deeper into the Divine Will. He made this known to me over 16 years ago and provided a prayer to recite the first thing in the morning, and during the day before a significant actual act.
[It should be noted, that Jesus teaches us about and how to live in the Divine Will through Luisa’s writings, but like St. John closes his Gospel by saying the whole world could not contain all the books if everything Jesus said and did were written – so, also with the Divine Will – the promised Holy Spirit will not only remind us of all that Jesus taught, but He will reveal all truth concerning it – according to each one’s disposition and understanding.]
Morning Prayer of Docility to the Holy Spirit:
+ Holy Spirit, May all of my acts begin with your inspiration, continue with your help, and reach perfection through Your Guidance; and By Your Power, May these Acts be Holy and Divine. Without You I can do nothing, with You I can do anything. My will is to deny my very “self” and do what is pleasing to You by living within Your Holy and Divine Will: + Father, Son and aHoly Spirit. Infuse in me All that pertains to you, and remove All that does not. Sanctify me with Your Love, Your Truth and Your Light, so that I might return that Love to You on behalf of everyone. I promise to be attentive, docile and to faithfully give “primacy,” to Your Most Holy promptings, so that I may know, do and Live Your Most Holy and Divine Will – in the hope that It will become All in All. Triune God, in the name of Jesus, I humbly ask for this Sanctity of living in Your Kingdom – to be accomplished Through Him, With Him and In Him – through the Immaculate Heart of Mary. For All This, I give my FIAT! Amen. + Note: “We,” “Our,” “Us”may be substituted for I for “Community Prayer” or “All inclusive Prayer.” End Shared Prayer
Do not worry about the disturbing events occurring on earth during these times; focus on things above – on the Divine Will – and if you are faithful and attentive – one day, God will grant that your Will – and His Will – become one – when that occurs, you will be living in Heaven – while on earth. The Holy Spirit will lead you there, if you are docile and faithfully follow His promptings – regardless of your starting knowledge.
A well trained army, when called to action, knows what to do, they do it, and they adjust if need be. Our refrain: “Hail Mary, full of Grace…”

P.S. This message is being sent to you on June 13th (the day before Corpus Christi.) The devil has convinced many souls (especially in the USA) that 13 is an unlucky number. It is in fact a Holy Number, one (1) God three (3) Persons. It is the day our Blessed Mother chose for Her Fatima Appreciations because 13 is a Holy Number.

Subject: The Real Message of Hurricane Dorian
Several days ago a friend was praying (joined with all prayers of others) that God would have mercy, and that Hurricane Dorian would go around the island of Puerto Rico because of all the suffering these people had already experienced. That’s what happened – the hurricane went around the island.
Saturday evening/Sunday morning the friend was awakened and received an invitation to come into the eye of the hurricane, where the heart of God the Father is, and to plead for His Mercy, Compassion and Forgiveness – to placate His justice. The lightening the friend saw in the eye of the storm was the fury of God the Father at all the sin in the world. The hurricane (storm) is a warning – a symbolism of all the sin in the whole world. The Father is angry over it and in His justice He demands reparations in order to diminish His fury. He is inviting us to go into the storm of the world’s sins, by entering the Divine Will with His Son Jesus, and making reparations in order to satiate His fury against man – He means business!
I received a similar understanding while praying “The Prayer Against Storms” for the third day in succession.
This is a mission for Mary’s Army – especially those progressing in their goal of living more fully in the Divine Will. This is not a drill – it is a mission worthy of the most qualified and prepared among us. Thus, you may not want to pass this on to your whole mailing list, but to those the Holy Spirit has given you the discernment to include on this most important mission; one that brings all your knowledge, understanding, wisdom, training, experience and Grace (and all the rest) to bear. It is time we correspond to God’s call as He does to ours – without reserve or limits.
The mission is to stay the hand of the God the Father from His just condemnation and punishment of the evil acts of mankind (acts generated by the human will.) This is a recognition of the great assault we, and our neighbors, have mounted against the love of God. This is a recall to the order, place and purpose for which we were created. The outcome is vital – the responsibility is ours. Many souls are at risk.
