I had hoped to send the Attached, profound insights into the Holy Trinity contained in the “Book of Heaven” earlier this week, but here they are now.
I won’t be able to provide anything this weekend on the theme of Corpus Christi due to the time spent on the theme of the Blessed Trinity.

Volume 1
The First Hour of the Christmas Novena
Luisa: I traveled in my mind to Paradise, and I imagined the Most Holy Trinity: the Father, sending the Son to the earth; the Son, promptly obeying the Will of the Father; and the Holy Spirit, agreeing. My mind was overcome contemplating a mystery so great—a love so reciprocal, so equal, and so strong among Themselves and towards men. And I was overwhelmed by the ingratitude of men.••
Jesus came back and took me out of my body to Paradise. There—in the presence of the Most Holy Trinity and of all the Heavenly Court—He renewed our marriage. He presented a ring adorned with three precious stones—white, red, and green—and gave it to the Father who blessed it anew and returned it to the Son. Then the Holy Spirit took my right hand and Jesus placed the ring on my ring finger, and I received at once the kiss of the Three Divine Persons—who blessed me.
Who could describe my confusion on finding myself in the presence of the Most Holy Trinity? I will say only that as soon as I found myself in their presence, I fell flat on my face, and I would have remained there if Jesus had not urged me to enter their presence—so great was the light and the holiness of God.
I received Holy Communion. At that moment, I lost consciousness, and I found myself in the presence of the Most Holy Trinity Whom I had seen in Heaven. I immediately prostrated myself before Them, I adored Them, and I confessed my nothingness. I remember feeling so overwhelmed that I dared not utter a single word. But then a voice came from their midst and said: Do not be afraid. Take courage. We have come to confirm you as our own and to take possession of your heart.
As I heard these words, I saw the Most Holy Trinity descend into my heart to take possession of it and to make my heart their home. But who could describe the change that took place in me?
[Jesus explains to Luisa 32 years later: Your family is the Trinity. Do you not remember, during your first years in bed, that you were taken to Heaven and in the presence of the Most Holy Trinity we solemnized our union? And They gave you such gifts that you yourself do not understand them even now; and as I speak to you of my Will, of its effects and worth, I make you uncover the gifts with which you were gifted even from then. (Vol. 13, 12-5-1921). ]
Volume 2
One can see the Most Holy Trinity signified in the sun. The fire is the Father; the light is the Son; the heat is the Holy Spirit. However, the sun is one, and just as one cannot separate fire from light and heat, so one is the power of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit, who in truth cannot be separated from one another. And just as fire makes light and heat at the same time—so that one cannot conceive of fire without both of them—in the same way the Father cannot be conceived before the Son and the Holy Spirit, and vice versa, but all Three of Them have the same eternal beginning.
Volume 3
With great delight He took the Cross in His hands and said to me: This cross was formed by the love and the purity with which you suffer. I am so delighted with the way you suffer, that I am not alone, but I call the Father and the Holy Spirit to delight with Me.
In one instant, I went looking about, and I saw Three Persons who surrounded me and who delighted in looking at the cross. But I complained to Them and said: ”Great God, I suffer too little. I am not content with the cross alone. I also want the thorns and the nails; and if I do not deserve this, because I am an unworthy sinner, surely You can make me deserve it.” And, sending me a ray of intellectual light, Jesus made me understand that He wanted me to confess my sins. I felt almost paralyzed before the Three Divine Persons, but the Humanity of Our Lord inspired me with confidence. Turning to Him I recited the Confiteor, and then I began to confess my sins. But while I was all immersed in my misery, a voice came out from the Three Divine Persons, saying: “We forgive you. And now you—sin no more.” I was expecting to receive absolution from Our Lord, but all of a sudden He disappeared. After a little while He came back crucified, and shared the pains of the cross with me.
The height of the perfection of a soul dissolved in my Will is so great that she comes to participate in all of God’s works. And this is no wonder, because it is no longer her will that lives in her but the Will of God Himself. No one should be amazed if, by living with this Will, she possesses the power, the wisdom, the sanctity and all the other virtues that God Himself contains. I tell you this so that you may fall in love with Him and cooperate with Him as much as you can. When she reaches the stage of living by my Will alone, the soul becomes the queen of all queens, and she mounts a throne so high that it reaches the throne of the Eternal One; she enters the secrets of the Most August Trinity, and participates in the reciprocal love of the Father, of the Son and of the Holy Spirit. O how all the Angels and Saints honor her, men admire her, and demons fear her, seeing the Divine Being within her!
Volume 4
The nature of the Most Holy Trinity is the purest and simplest self-communicating love.
Luisa: This morning, being outside of my body, I found Baby Jesus in my arms. While I delighted in looking at Him, without knowing how, from the same Child came a second and, almost immediately, a third, both being similar to the first, although distinct from each other. Amazed at seeing this, I said, “O how clearly this shows the sacrosanct mystery of the Most Holy Trinity, who, while You are One, You are Three.” It seemed that although all Three spoke to me, only a single voice was formed as the words issued forth.
The Holy Trinity’s nature is formed of the purest and simplest self-communicating love. The nature of true love possesses this property: to produce images completely similar to itself in power, goodness, and beauty, and in everything it possesses. And only to more sublimely accentuate our Omnipotence, our love assumes a mark of distinction so that our nature, being simple and containing no element that could mar our union, fuses Itself in love to form Three, while returning within Itself, It forms only one. It is so true that the nature of true love has this property of producing images completely similar to itself or of assuming the image of the one it loves that the Second Person, in redeeming the human race, assumed the nature and image of man and communicated to man the Divine nature.
I was the administrator of the Most Holy Trinity, that is, I administered to the people the power, the wisdom, and the charity of the three Divine Persons. Since you are my representative, you should do nothing but continue my work in souls. And if this does not interest you, you ruin the work that I started, I feel cheated of the realization of my plan, and I am forced to withdraw the power, wisdom, and charity that I would have given you if you had fulfilled the work I entrusted to you.
He then withdrew into my interior and I heard Him pray, saying, “Eternally holy and indivisible Trinity, I adore You profoundly; I love You intensely; I give You perpetual thanks for everyone and in every heart.”
This morning, while I found myself in my usual state, I saw before me an interminable light and I understood that the Most Holy Trinity dwelt in that light. At the same time, I saw our Queen Mother before that light, totally absorbed in the Most Holy Trinity. She absorbed into herself the three Divine Persons, so that she was enriched by the three prerogatives of the Most Holy Trinity, namely, Power, Wisdom, and Charity. And since God loves the human race as a part of Himself, and as a little particle that has gone out from Him, and as He ardently desires that this part return to Himself, in the same way our Queen Mother participates in this desire and loves the human race with a consuming love.
Now, while I reflected on this, I saw my confessor and I prayed to the Most Holy Virgin to intercede with the Most Holy Trinity on his behalf. Bowing, she carried my prayer to the Throne of God and I saw a stream of light emanating from the Divine Throne, completely covering my confessor. Then I found myself back in my body.
Finding myself in my usual state, I seemed to see the Most Holy Trinity and myself in their midst. It was as if They wished to decide what They needed to do with the world. They seemed to say:
Unless We strike the world with the fiercest scourges, religion will be completely extinguished and man will become even worse than barbarians.
My daughter, I did not make man for the earth, but for heaven. His mind, his heart, and everything in his interior should have dwelt in heaven. Had he done this, his three powers would have received the influence of the Most Holy Trinity, which would have formed their likeness within him. But since man is concerned with the earth, he clothes himself with filth, with corruption, and with the entire cesspool of vices that the earth contains.
Luisa sees the Most Holy Trinity.
Finding myself in my usual state, I seemed to see the Most Holy Trinity whose Divine Persons gazed at one another. There was such beauty in those gazes that They remained ecstatic in their contemplation of each other. In this state They overflowed with love. They seemed to be enraptured by this love, becoming more and more intensely ecstatic. For their entire good and delight was contained within Themselves and all of their eternal life, beatitude, and activity was enclosed in this one word: ”love.” And this perfect activity of the Most Holy Trinity constitutes the whole beatitude of the saints.
While He was with me, He returned once again into their midst and, offering his suffering with mine, He made up for the love that is owed to God by every creature. Who could describe the Trinity’s contentment and satisfaction at this offering of the Son? It seemed as if in creating man, nothing came forth from Them but continuous flames of love. To express this love, They decided to create many other images of Themselves. In this way They are satisfied when They receive what They have given. This is to say that They have given love and They want love in return. That is why the most deplorable insult one can offer to Them is not to love Them. Yet, O God, three times holy, who is there that loves You?
And He said to me, My daughter, the same thing happened to me in the Council of the Most Holy Trinity when the mystery of the Incarnation was decreed to save mankind. United to the Divine Will, I accepted and offered myself as a Victim for man. Concord reigned and we agreed on everything. But when I began the work, I reached a point—especially when I found myself overwhelmed with pain and disgrace, laden with all the wickedness of man—when I was left alone and abandoned by everyone, even by my dear Father. Not only this, but burdened as I was with overwhelming pain, I had to press the Almighty to accept my sacrifice and to let me go on working for the salvation of all mankind, both present and future. I obtained this, and my sacrifice, my effort continues, although it is an effort of love. Would you like to know where and how it continues? It takes place in the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. There my sacrifice is continuous as is my perpetual insistence to the Father that He have mercy on men’s souls to obtain their love. And I unremittingly endure the continuous agony of dying, although all my deaths are deaths of love. Knowing this, aren’t you happy to share in a period of my own life?
Volume 6
Then, drawing near to me, all goodness, Our Lady told me: “My daughter, courage along the way of sorrow. See, these seven suns which come out from within my Heart are my Seven Sorrows which produced much glory and splendor for Me. These suns, the fruits of my sorrows, continuously pierce through the throne of the Most Holy Trinity. Receiving my touch, it continuously sends Me seven channels of grace, making Me their mistress; and I dispense them for the glory of all Heaven, for the relief of the souls in Purgatory, and for the benefit of pilgrim souls.” While saying this, She disappeared, and I found myself back in my body.
This morning, as I was in my usual state, Baby Jesus came, and when I saw Him so very tiny, as if He had just been born, I said to Him: ”My pretty little one, what was the reason—who made You come down from Heaven to be born, so tiny, in the world?” And He answered: Love was the reason. Indeed, my birth in time was the outpouring of the love of the Most Holy Trinity toward creatures. In an outpouring of my Mother’s love I was born from her womb, and in an outpouring of love I am reborn in souls. But this outpouring is formed by desire. As soon as the soul begins to desire Me, I am conceived; the more she advances in her desire, the more I keep growing in the soul; and when this desire fills her whole interior to overflowing, then I am reborn in the whole man–in his mind, mouth, works and steps.
Volume 11
One who lives in my Will represents vividly the period of my Life on earth: On the outside I appeared to be just a Man, but at the same time I was the beloved Son of my dear Father. In the same way, the soul who does my Will bears the outward appearance of humanity; while my Person dwells in her interior, inseparable from the Most Holy Trinity in Love and in Will—just as in my Humanity. So the Divinity says: “This is another daughter that We keep on earth. For love of her, We uphold the earth, because she does everything in our place.”

The effects of fusing oneself in Jesus. Participation in his work produces the life of the Divine Will and the life of the Divine Love in the soul; in this way the Most Holy Trinity is formed in her.
While I was praying, I united my mind to the mind of Jesus, my eyes to those of Jesus, and so forth with everything else, with the intention of doing what Jesus did with his mind, with his eyes, with his mouth, with his Heart, and so forth. And as it seemed that the mind, eyes, mouth, and Heart of Jesus were spreading themselves around for the good of all, it also seemed as if I too was spreading myself around for the good of all, uniting and identifying myself with Jesus.
Now, since the only thing left to you is the opportunity to unite and identify yourself with Me, you take everything from Me. Although you are unable to do any good by yourself, with Me you become good at everything, because desiring and wanting to do good strengthens the soul and makes her grow, and makes her secure in the Divine Life. Then, by uniting and identifying herself with Me, she unites with my mind, producing many lives of holy thoughts in the minds of creatures. As she unites with my eyes, she produces many lives of holy glances in other creatures. In the same way, if she unites with my mouth, she gives life to their words; if she unites to my Heart, my desires, my hands, my steps, she will give a life for every heartbeat—a life for each desire, for each action, and for every step… But these will be holy lives, since I contain within me Creative Power, and that is why the soul, united to Me, creates and does whatever I do.
Now, this union with Me—mind to mind, heart to heart, and limb to limb—produces in you, in the highest degree, the Life of my Will and of my Love. The Father is formed in this Will, and the Holy Spirit in this Love; while the Son is formed in the acts, words, works, and thoughts, and by all the rest that can spring from this Will and from this Love—and this is the life of the Trinity in souls. In this way, if We need to operate, it makes no difference whether We operate within the Trinity in Heaven, or within the Trinity in souls on earth.

The soul who diffuses herself in the Divine Will forms the delight of the Most Holy Trinity.
My daughter, in my likeness I made the soul free in her will and in her love. In this way, others might take hold of her external works, but no one—no one—can possess her interior, her will and her love. I Myself wanted her to be free in this, so that, freely, without being forced, her will and her love might run toward Me; and so that she might immerse herself in Me, and offer Me the noblest and purest acts that a creature can give Me. Since I am free, and so is she, I wanted us both to pour ourselves into each other and to run—to run toward Heaven to love and glorify the Father, and to live with the Most Holy Trinity; to run to the earth to do good to all; to run into the hearts of all souls to strike them with our Love, to bind them with our Will, and to conquer them completely. Greater dowry than this I could not give to souls.
Volume 12
My daughter, my refuge, what sweet harmonies your suffering formed in my Will today! My Will is in Heaven, and since your suffering flowed in my Will, it produced harmonies in Heaven, and with its cry it asked the Most Holy Trinity for “Souls!” And as my Will flowed through all the Angels and Saints, your sufering asked them for “Souls!”—so much so that they all remained spellbound by your harmonies, and with your suffering they all cried out to my Majesty: “Souls, souls!” And as my Will flowed through all souls, and your pain touched all hearts, it cried out to all of them, “Be saved, be saved!”—and my Will concentrated Itself in your soul, and, like a refulgent sun, It stood sentinel for all souls so as to convert them. Look how much good you have done! But who cares to know the value—the incalculable value—of my Volition?

The Divine Will and the Third FIAT
I was feeling annihilated as I thought about this blessed FIAT, but my beloved Jesus wanted to make me more confused. He seemed to want to make fun of me, proposing things to me that were astonishing and almost incredible, taking pleasure in seeing me confused and more annihilated. And, what is worse, I am forced by obedience to write them, to my greater torment. So, while I was praying, my sweet Jesus leaned his head against me, and, resting his forehead on his hand, a light came forth from his forehead and said to me: My daughter, the First FIAT was pronounced in Creation with no help from any creature. The Second FIAT was given in Redemption—and I wanted the cooperation of a creature, and I chose my Mama to fulfill the second FIAT. Now, to fulfill them both, I want to pronounce the Third FIAT, and I want to pronounce It through you; I have chosen you for the fulfillment of the Third FIAT. This Third FIAT will bring to completion the glory and the honor of the FIAT of Creation, and will be the confirmation and fulfillment of the fruits of the FIAT of Redemption. These three FIATs will conceal the Most Holy Trinity on earth, and I will have the “Fiat Voluntas Tua on earth as it is in Heaven.” These three FIATs will be inseparable—each one will be life of the other. They will be one and triune, but distinct among themselves. My Love wants it, my Glory demands it: for having unleashed the first two FIATs from the womb of my Creative Power, It wants to unleash the third FIAT, because my Love can no longer contain It. And this Fiat will complete the work which came forth from Me—otherwise, the works of Creation and of Redemption would remain incomplete.

And I added: “Tell me, my Life, who is my Family? What is my dowry and Yours?” And, smiling, He answered: Your family is the Trinity. Don’t you remember that during your first years in bed I took you to Heaven and we celebrated our union before the Most Holy Trinity? It endowed you with such gifts that you yourself have not yet understood them; and as I speak to you about my Will, about Its effects and merits, we are going to show you the gifts with which you were endowed at that time. I do not speak to you about my dowry, because what is Mine is yours. And then, after a few days, We, the Three Divine Persons, descended from Heaven, took possession of your heart, and formed Our permanent home in it. We took the reins of your intelligence, of your heart, and of your whole self; and everything you did was an outpouring of our Creative Will over you—and We confirmed that your will was animated by an Eternal Will. (Note: This confirms that Luisa was given the Gift of the Divine Will a few days after September 7, 1899.)

The Most Holy Trinity— inaccessible Light that gives Life to all.
I found myself outside of my body, and I saw the Heavens opened, and a Light, inaccessible to any creature. Rays descended from within this Light, which penetrated all creatures—the heavenly, the earthly, and the poor souls. Some rays were so dazzling that, though one was penetrated, enraptured and delighted by those rays, he would not know how to describe anything that they contained. There were some other less dazzling rays, and one could describe the beauty, the happiness and the truths that they contained. But the power of the Light was so great that I myself didn’t know whether my little mind would ever be capable of going back into my body again.
