Jesus to Luisa:
You ought to know that before incarnating Me, My Heavenly Father looked into Himself and in the heat of His love, unable to contain it, His love overflowed in torrents and seas. In the heat of His love he looked at His Son. I was also in the same flames of love; and He commanded Me to incarnate Myself. I willed it, and in a rush of love, without leaving My Father or the Holy Spirit, the great prodigy of the Incarnation occurred. I remained with My Father and at the same time descended into My Mother’s womb. We three Divine Persons were inseparable, nor were We subject to separation. And so I can say that I remained in Heaven and yet came down to earth; the Father and the Holy Spirit came down with Me to earth and yet remained in Heaven. This act was so great and Our Divine Being overflowed with so much love that the Heavens were astonished and the Angels, surprised and dumbfounded, were all enveloped in Our flames of love.

The Incarnation was purely an act of Our Divine Will; and O the things that it can and will do—everything! Its power and infinite love accomplished an unheard of miracle, a prodigy never done before: We remained in Heaven and yet came down into the cell of Our maternal womb. This was Our Will and it was done.
Now, My daughter, any time a soul wants to act in My Will, first My Heavenly Father looks into Himself, calling the Most Holy Trinity as if in counsel and filling the act of Our Will with all possible and conceivable blessings, then He releases it, investing the soul with its active, communicating, transforming Will. Just as in the Incarnation when the three Divine Persons remained in Heaven and yet came down into the womb of the Immaculate Virgin, so the power of My Will carries the Divine Trinity with Itself in Its animating act and into man, while also leaving it in Heaven, and forms its divine act within the human will.

Now, who could describe to you the wonders enclosed in this act of Our Will? Our love rises and spreads so far that no place can contain it. Once it has filled a place, it withdraws into Our wellspring. Our sanctity feels honored by this divine act of Our own Will working in man, and It spreads out with amazing grace to convey Its sanctity to all souls. It works unspeakable wonders when the soul calls It to work within her. So, do make everything vanish into My Will, and We will turn everything over to your power—and you will give everything to Us, Ourselves included.

Luisa:
As my poor mind continued to make the rounds in the acts of the Divine Will, I was thinking inwardly: “What is the difference between the man who calls for the Divine Will in his own acts, and the man who does good deeds without calling for It: doesn’t the latter give It first place in his own acts?” And my sweet Jesus, paying me his usual brief visit, said to me:

“My daughter, the two cannot be compared. The person who calls My Divine Will into his acts strips himself of what is human and makes a kind of void in his human will, to make room for My Will—which beautifies, sanctifies and produces Its own light within the human will, then pronounces Its creating Fiat, calling to life Its divine works in the human being. That is why those who live in Our Will not only participate, but come to own the Divine Act, which possesses power, immensity, holiness and divine value, and never runs dry. That is why We look within those who live in Our Will and see Ourselves and Our deeds honoring Us and surrounding Us like a crown.
“On the other hand, We do not find Ourselves in those who do good deeds but who are not driven by Our Will: We find in them man’s finite act, but since We cannot keep to ourselves whatever good men achieve, We give them merit as if in payment. But a payment is not like a property that can always be productive, hence these souls symbolize those who scrape along from day to day with the payments that they earn but who never become rich, always feeling the need to be paid for the work that they do just to survive. Indeed, should they fail to work, they would risk starvation—because they do not experience the fullness of goodness, the life of virtue, but only the wretched misery of the passions.

“On the contrary, everything abounds for those who live in Our Will, for We tell them: ‘Take what you want and as much as you can. Truly, We make all Our riches available to you—Our light, Our holiness, and Our love—for what is Ours is yours, and what is yours is Ours: all that is left for Us to do is to live and work together.’ ”

Jesus to Luisa:
Now, My daughter, any time a soul wants to do My Will, first My Heavenly Father looks into Himself, calling the Most Holy Trinity as if in counsel and filling the act of Our Will with all possible and conceivable blessings, then He releases it, investing the soul with its active, communicating, transforming Will.

So, do make everything vanish into My Will and We will turn everything over to your power—and you will give everything to Us, Ourselves included.

Luisa: After He said this, I felt my little mind so full of the Divine Will that I was unable to contain it. Continuing with my rounds in His divine acts, when I reached the act by which the Immaculate Queen was conceived, I understood that before calling Her to life the Supreme Being had poured so much love into Her that as soon as She felt life, She felt the need to love her Creator—She felt within Herself the love that was revealing itself. I was surprised, and my beloved Jesus added:
Do not be surprised, My daughter. When We bring the soul forth to the light of day in Our act of creating her, We give her a share in Our love, and, so, a part of Our Divine Substance. And, depending on what plans We have for her, We increase the share of Our love accordingly. In this way, each and every soul bears within herself a particle of the substance of divine love—otherwise, how could the soul love Us, had We not placed Our love within her, so that she might love Us? It would be like asking for what she lacks—because We already know that the soul has nothing in and of herself—and that is why We must enclose within her, as if in a tabernacle, Our love and Our Will, asking her to love Us and to do Our Will. If We ask, then, it is because We know that she holds Our love and Our Will in her power—because We Ourselves placed them in the depths of her soul.

Now, when the soul loves Us, that share of love rises and increases and she feels more strongly the need to love Us and to live in the Will of her Creator. But if she does not love Us, that love does not increase and human weakness and passions become like ashes that cover over Our love, and in due time she will no longer feel a need to love Us; Our divine fire will be covered and smothered by the ashes. The fire is there, but she does not feel it, while every time she loves Us, in reality she blows away the ashes to feel the leaping fire burn in her bosom, and she will increase it so much that she will not be able to live without loving Us.
Now, My daughter, because the Immaculate Queen felt love for her Creator and Our active Will within Her more than She felt her own life, from the first instant of her conception She loved Us so much that She did not let a moment go by without loving Us, and through her recurring love that share of love increased so much that She could love Us for all of mankind and give love to all, and love everyone, without ever ceasing to love.

You ought to know that Our love is so great, that when We place that share of love in the soul We are placing the seed of happiness within Her. Indeed, true happiness must hold a royal place in the soul. Outward happiness cannot be said to be true happiness unless it resides within; indeed it makes the soul bitter and is like a raging wind that scatters quickly, leaving just traces that quickly turn into soul-embittering thorns. On the contrary, the happiness that We placed within her is lasting and keeps increasing. To love means to congratulate oneself and ourselves, and someone who does not love will never be happy, for they have no purpose nor any interest in accomplishing deeds, nor do they feel the heroism of doing good to others, or the sacrifice that portrays love in its fairest colors.

For these reasons, the Most Holy Virgin possessed a sea of bliss because she possessed as many lives of love as the number of souls in existence. Moreover, because She never did her will, but only Mine, She formed within Herself so many lives of My Will, so as to give each soul a life of love and a life of Divine Will. This is why She is rightfully called the Queen of Love and the Queen of the Supreme Will. And so the Sovereign Queen loves, longs to send forth these lives and place them in souls, forming a kingdom of pure love and the Kingdom of Our Will so as to reach the summit of love for her Creator and the supreme height in loving and doing good to souls.

Fiat!!!
